Sunday  10AM – 1PM Creative Integration: Mat Class Idea-Storming & Small Barrel Techniques

This workshop is all about bringing your newfound insights to life. We’ll kick off the session by co-teaching a mat class, putting the fresh ideas from Saturday into action. Afterward, we’ll dive into a collaborative discussion where we’ll evaluate what worked, share constructive feedback, and brainstorm additional approaches to enhance your classes even further. This interactive session is designed to refine your teaching, inspire new concepts, and provide practical solutions that elevate your students’ experience.

In addition to the idea-storming, we’ll explore innovative ways to incorporate small barrels into your mat classes or small group sessions. Learn how these versatile tools can deepen connections, enhance alignment, and add variety to your teaching repertoire.

Sunday 2PM – 5PM     Mastering the Reformer: Deep Dive into Long Stretch, Stomach Massage, and Knee Stretches Series

Cap off your weekend with an intensive exploration of three transformative Reformer series: the Long Stretch, Stomach Massage, and Knee Stretch. This workshop will take you deep into the Pilates method, uncovering the power and precision of these core exercises. We’ll break down each series step by step, focusing on the best techniques for introducing, teaching, and mastering them.

You’ll gain a thorough understanding of the unique rhythm and flow of each series, learning how to build your students’ stamina and refine their movement quality. We’ll also discuss strategies for progressing from one series to the next, creating a seamless workout that challenges both mind and body.
